Good Vibrations Yoga is a neighborhood studio where every body belongs: bodies of all shapes, sizes, and ages, people returning to activity or practice after a long break, and anyone who may have felt out of place in a yoga class.

Classes are labeled honestly, every pose has options to meet your ability, and we provide blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets to help you practice comfortably. Never hot, never competitive.

Good to know

Is it okay if I’m in a bigger body, older, or out of shape?

Yes. Classes are labeled honestly and every pose has options to accommodate students at all levels. You are welcome exactly as you are.

I use a wheelchair or walker, or I have a health condition. Will this work for me?

Yes. The parking lot has accessible spaces and a ramp, and the studio and restroom are fully accessible. Your teacher sees any notes you choose to share before class. If you have a specific question, call or email us.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and a water bottle is recommended. Bring a mat if you like, and we also have mats available at the studio. We also provide blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.
