Do I need experience?
No experience is needed to begin. Basics and Gentle Flow are welcoming places to start, and Chair Yoga offers a seated or supported practice. Teachers offer options, and you’re always welcome to rest.
What does the founding-rate lock mean?
You pay $69/month while your Founding Membership stays active. If you fully cancel and later rejoin, you’ll pay the rate available at that time.
Can I pause and keep my rate?
Yes. You can pause from your account for up to 90 days at a time, twice a year, and keep your founding rate.
When will I be charged?
Your first month begins when you join. Membership renews monthly on your join date unless you cancel or pause it.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
There’s no long-term contract or cancellation fee. Cancel from your account or at the desk. You’ll keep access through the period you’ve paid for. Fully canceling ends your founding-rate lock.
How do guest passes work?
You receive two each month to bring someone to class with you. Unused passes don’t roll over.
