Lotus Good Vibrations YogaBook a class

Privacy

Plainly written, because you should actually be able to read it. This is what we collect, why, and what we’ll never do with it. Effective September 29, 2026.

What we collect

Your basics. Name, email, and phone number — so we can confirm bookings, send sign-in codes, and reach you if a class changes.

Your bookings. Which classes you book, attend, or cancel — that’s how memberships, passes, and check-in work.

Health notes you choose to share. Anything you tell us about injuries or conditions is voluntary. It’s shown to your teacher so class can meet you where you are — and it is never included in emails, texts, or marketing of any kind.

Payment details — but not by us. Cards are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers; we keep only the last four digits and card brand so you can recognize your own card.

How we use it

To run the studio: bookings, reminders, receipts, sign-in codes, and telling you about schedule changes that affect you.

Occasionally, to tell you about things at the studio we think you’d care about. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects the messages your membership actually needs (like booking confirmations).

We never sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

Who we share it with

The services that make the studio work: Stripe (payments), our email and text delivery providers, and the infrastructure our booking system runs on. Each gets the minimum it needs to do its job.

And two measurement services, described in the next section: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which receives ad-measurement signals, and Microsoft Clarity, which receives anonymous browsing-session data about how this site is used — never your health notes, never card details. Beyond that, we’d share information only if the law required it.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Good Vibrations Yoga will use it to reply to your messages, confirm bookings, send class reminders and schedule changes, share account and membership notices, and send occasional news and offers about classes, workshops, and memberships.

SMS opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties. SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, and SMS consent will not be sold to third parties or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

In plain words: we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with anyone for their marketing. We only share it with the service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our phone and text messaging provider), and only for that purpose.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Replying STOP stops all texts from us, booking confirmations and class reminders included; reply UNSTOP, or use your account page, to turn them back on.

Cookies and tracking

Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in on your own device.

Ad measurement. We run ads on Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta Pixel plus server-side events to learn whether those ads actually work. That means Meta receives: the pages you view here, the moments that matter to the studio (joining the list, starting checkout, buying a membership, booking a class, with the amount for purchases), Meta’s own cookies, and — if you contact or buy from us — a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone that Meta can only match against its own accounts. We never send health notes, class-by-class attendance history, or card details.

How you found us. When you first arrive we note the page you landed on, which site or ad linked you here (the address of the referring page without any of its query details), and any campaign labels in the link. We keep that with your sign-up or purchase so we can tell which of our efforts actually reach people. It’s about our marketing, not about you — no browsing history, no profile.

Site analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site — heatmaps and recordings of anonymous browsing sessions (where visitors click, how far they scroll, where a page seems confusing) so we can make it easier to use. Anything you type is masked before it’s recorded, and Clarity never gets your name, email, phone, or card details. Clarity sets its own cookies to tell sessions apart; Microsoft describes its handling in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Your opt-outs. Browser tracking protection and content blockers stop both the pixel and Clarity, and we don’t try to get around them. You can also tune how Meta uses this kind of signal in your own account at Meta’s ad preferences. No other analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.

Your choices

Want to see what we have, fix something that’s wrong, or have your information deleted? Email [email protected] or ask at the desk — a real person will handle it. We keep information only as long as your relationship with the studio (and the law) needs it.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes first, with a new effective date. Questions? Contact us — happy to explain anything here in person.
