Yoga shouldn’t feel like a performance.
If you’ve ever walked past a studio and thought “that’s not for people like me” — that’s the problem we built Good Vibrations to fix.
Most studios say “all levels.”
Then class opens with a headstand. We program chair, restorative, and gentle classes as headliners — not afterthoughts — and every room is step-free.
Most studios price you out.
$25 drop-ins, sneaky contracts, “annual maintenance fees.” Our unlimited membership costs less than two drop-ins a week anywhere nearby — and seniors, military & veterans, first responders, and teachers always get a community discount.
Most studios measure you.
Mirrors, streaks, leaderboards, calories. None of that lives here. Rest is part of the practice, and nobody’s watching you but you — because there are no mirrors to watch in.
Your guides
We’ve been the newest person in the room too.
Our teachers have many years of experience teaching yoga that meets people where they are. That’s the studio we’re building: warm, unhurried, and genuinely for everyone.

Crystal Waldron · owner & lead instructor
Crystal Waldron is the owner and lead instructor at Good Vibrations Yoga. A Phoenix native, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Pura and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is also a Reiki Master, bringing an additional perspective on mindfulness, energy, and wellness to her teaching.
Crystal believes yoga should feel welcoming and accessible, whether you’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or have practiced for years. Her teaching emphasizes meeting people where they are, listening to the body, and creating space to slow down, reconnect, and feel better. That philosophy is at the heart of Good Vibrations Yoga: real yoga for real bodies, taught in a supportive community where everyone is welcome.
“I believe every breath is a chance to come back to yourself.”

Brink Matthew · instructor
Brink is a local wellness coach and dedicated yogi who has been practicing yoga since 2013. He completed his first 200-hour teacher training in Denver and has since continued his yoga education through additional training in Phoenix. Today, he teaches a wide variety of yoga classes and offers one-on-one instruction across the Valley.
Brink found yoga during a difficult time in his life, while navigating chronic pain and loss. His own experience with the practice inspired a passion for the healing power and ancient tradition of yoga, and for sharing its benefits with others.
His classes are rooted in wellness, joy, and helping students discover the many ways yoga can support them both on and off the mat.

Emily Somers · instructor
Emily Somers practiced yoga on and off for years, but everything changed in 2015 when a beautiful studio opened in her neighborhood. It was there she discovered yoga could offer something much deeper than movement: a sense of peace, self-love, and acceptance.
After navigating a breast cancer diagnosis at just 29 and her own lifelong journey with body image and weight, Emily felt called to teach. She wanted to create the kind of welcoming space she had found through yoga, where breast cancer patients and survivors, bigger-bodied yogis, and anyone who has ever felt like they didn’t fit the traditional image of a “yoga person” could feel comfortable, supported, and at home.
Emily completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training through Authentic Yoga in Scottsdale in 2021. In January 2026, she completed the Healing Emphasis Yoga program through Inner Vision Yoga in Ahwatukee, further deepening her ability to offer thoughtful, supportive practices.
In addition to teaching yoga, Emily is a sound bath practitioner and an avid mala-maker. She brings warmth, compassion, and a genuine belief that yoga is for every body to each class she teaches.

Lisa Barry · instructor
Lisa Barry has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years, giving her a deep appreciation for the way the practice can support us through life’s seasons. After recently completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, she is excited to share that lifelong connection to yoga with others.
Lisa is especially drawn to the quiet, nurturing practice of restorative yoga. Her classes offer an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be. She hopes to create a welcoming space where every student can feel supported, let go, and leave feeling a little more restored than when they arrived.

Walk in on opening day
Grand-opening celebration, food truck and all. Your mat’s waiting. You belong here — that’s the point.
Classes for real bodies
Every class is labeled honestly, so you always know what you’re walking into. Chair-friendly means chair-friendly.

Chair Yoga
Every pose seated or supported. You never need to get down to the floor. Mobility aids welcome.

Restorative
Long, supported holds with bolsters and blankets. The class where doing less is the whole point.

Gentle Flow
Slow, clearly-cued movement with options for every pose. Great first class if you’re unsure.

Slow Flow
A flowing practice at an unhurried pace — plenty of time to settle into each pose before the next.

Basics
The foundations, one pose at a time — what goes where, and why. No experience expected.

Vinyasa
A steadier, stronger practice — still no acrobatics, still every pose optional.

Vin-Yin
A warming vinyasa flow for the first half, long quiet yin holds for the second — effort, then ease.

“The atmosphere was calming and Crystal made adjustments and brought additional props to a few of us throughout the class so we could more fully relax into the poses. I’m looking forward to going to more restorative classes!”
— Kat H. · first restorative class
“Restorative Yoga was beautiful tonight! I am going to sleep so good tonight!!”
— Jenny R. · restorative yoga
Fair questions
What if I’ve never done yoga and I’m not flexible?
Perfect — that’s exactly who we built this for. Flexibility is an outcome of yoga, not a prerequisite. Start with Gentle Flow or Chair Yoga; every pose comes with options, and nobody adjusts you without asking.
What exactly does “rate locked for life” mean?
As long as your founder’s membership stays active, you pay the founding rate — even when the standard rate rises. Cancel entirely and rejoin later, and you’d pay the going rate like everyone else.
When am I charged, and what if I change my mind?
Your first month starts today, then renews monthly — cancel any month. The 15-day guarantee applies: not the most welcoming studio you’ve been in, full refund.
I use a wheelchair / walker / have a health condition. Will this really work for me?
Yes. The building is step-free, classes are labeled honestly, and your teacher sees any notes you choose to share before class. Chair and restorative classes are core programming, not a Tuesday-at-2pm afterthought. Call or email us — a real person will answer your specific question.
Do I need to download an app to book?
Never. Booking lives on this website and takes about three taps. It works on any phone, tablet, or computer.
In six weeks, you could be someone who does yoga. Comfortably.
Or the founder spots fill up, the founding rate disappears, and you keep walking past studios that don’t feel like yours. Genuinely your call — but only until opening day.
